BURST Node

BURST nodes periodically synchronize with each other to be as precise as they can about their internal clock. They will only accept transactions that don't exceed the wallet cap.

Increment

They independently will be able to calculate the BRN points of any wallet as long as their internal clock is in sync with others.

Functions

BURST nodes will also help in carrying out the process of Unique Humanity Verification, voting, and act as a delegate for other wallets.

I want to include democratic self-amendment as a feature, similar to Tezos, which will be aided by the Unique Humanity Verification. This is because I believe any framework that aids in governance should evolve as time and society demands it to.
